Funds Raised

The money raised in our fundraiser will help with the cost of the new playground for Spring City Elementary School.  If your child sells 5 BOXES of cookies, they will be able to have bounce house times at the end of the year.  This is a great incentive to help earn some much-needed money for our playground.

Ham‘N Goodys Cookie Sales

We will begin selling cookies on Monday, April 14.  Our fundraiser will end on Wednesday, April 30.  All money and cookie orders will NEED to be turned in by 3:00 PM that day.  I cannot accept late orders or money.  Please turn in CASH ONLY.  We cannot accept checks.  The cookie flavors are lemon, chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodle, peanut butter,  strawberry, and gluten-free lemon, and gluten-free chocolate chip.  Each box is $22.00, this includes tax.  Vouchers can also be purchased.  This allows you to pick up a box of fresh cookies at a store at your convenience.

Cookie Pick-Up

Pick-up will be Friday, May 16 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  ALL orders must be picked up before 3:30 PM on Friday.  If you need to pick up at different time, please contact Mrs. Whitmore at whitmoreb@rheacounty.org or call the school and we can discuss a different option if needed.  Thank you for your support!

Dear Spring City Elementary Parents and Community,

My name is Ms. M Taliaferro. I am currently a teacher and Donorschoose.org teacher advocate for SCES.  Our goal for this school year is to help teachers unlock funding opportunities to meet the needs of their students.  This will help our school reach our ultimate goal to bring more materials and resources to our students.

I am excited to bring my experience with Donorschoose to you and this area.  If you are interested in helping fund a teacher or classroom please follow the simples steps listed below.

  • Go to donorschoose.org
  • Enter teachers name/Spring City, TN
  • Hit search (this will bring up a list of schools)
  • Click on Spring City Elementary (this will give you a list of projects currently needing funding for our school.)
  • Click on the project you would like to donate to and enter an amount.

Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.  Some teachers currently have projects listed.

Thank you,

Ms. Taliaferro
